LOST: Inside The Experience

Last week I announced that I couldn't make it to Comic-Con. But since I enjoy living vicariously through others, I asked that some of you go as me in my stead. Because I asked so last minute and also because I assumed that only about six people read this blog, I expected no more than... oh, six entries.

Well guess what? That's exactly what I got!

Not all of them are "costumes," per se, and not all of them are TECHNICALLY at Comic-Con, but they were all in response to the same request. Click the extended entry to see them. This is JUST for fun, so it'd be a waste of time to look for glyphs in this entry. But I guess many of you won't believe me no matter what I say. :) Anyway, you've been warned!

She found some of my family outside a "speakeasy" at Comic-Con! My family is so nice, they'll even groom strangers!

JENNY

These weren't taken at the Con, but she did go. This is Speaker-Dog!

It's a little known fact that I am a swashbuckler.

Leighsa went above and beyond and got a classroom of Students to be me! That's the way to spread the seeds of Speaker thought! (Slogan lovingly stolen!) Click here for the rest of her series! (I wonder if afterwards she set the masks on fire...)

TAPDAWG

This is a little joke. Notice he photoshopped Damon as me. People used to think I was Damon, but I'm not. Though . . . I have never seen us in the same place at the same time . . . well, except for maybe . . .

Seriously - not him. :)

TapDawg also informed me that the DC booth was harboring my nemesis - NEGASPEAKER!

TECHNOPREP

Apparently this was during my blue period. Just kidding, Mr. Freeze is my Uncle on my mother's side.

Since there are so few I've decided to not declare a winner. For actually using costume materials, Jenny, Gin*girl (She did photoshop the photo some, but also had some costume pieces on), and Leighsa will get a month in my MySpace ~~top 8~~ *ahem* top 12 starting Sunday. Laura also used costume materials, BUT doesn't have MySpace . . . I'll have to come up with something. Espeically since I think iron-wielding Speaker is my fav . . .
