Ok. I can tell from the posts that I am in left field, but I do not believe that everyone is dead. Claire, yes, I think she is gone judging by Jack's reaction at the memorial. But Sun did ask for Jin, and Jack wants them to stick to a story. There was a boat load that left the island and made it to the freighter. Unless we find out that the freighter is the "Indonesian fishing vessel" that wrecked. I don't know. Still an optimist.

WOW, yet another solid epi! I think Jin may still be alive, regardless of what Sun said but I think Claire is already dead. At least we found out that the first funeral we saw Jack go to was not for his Father as some spoilers have said, I still think it is Michael. Oh, and happy Zuday everyone!

I don't think the person in the coffin is Michael. I think it is Ben. Can't be a person from the Oceanic 6 because Jack told the funeral director that he was neither friend or family. Nor can it be anyone from Oceanic, unless another survivor steps forward that we don't know of yet. Ben was neither friend nor family and we know he made it off the island...

Crazy thought. Did anyone notice how well Claire's mother looked? What IF Christian made some type of "deal", before he died, with the others, and they healed her, a la Juliette's sister? Could that be a clue as to why he was in Jacob's cabin and was able to speak with such authority?

Shannon -- great question. I need to look into the actress -- that was a different one playing Claire's mom, I believe. Perhaps...it wasn't really Claire's mom. One of Abaddon's people maybe, or the island or smokey, trying to draw Jack back.

This episode, while good, was just a filler.

It seemed that all the 'on island' action...was just watching Darlton move their chess pieces around the board to set-up for what promises to be an awesome two hours of LOST ness in two weeks' time.

The AMAZING emotional hooks that were put into us while they were getting off the plane (chills on spine) at the opening...never seemed to be sustained thru the later FF's.

And who else felt ripped off that we were teased with the Orchid and who was in the coffin? (still say it's Michael)

P.S. Claire's mother never actually died in her earlier FB, she was still in the coma when Claire told she was pregnant and eaving for L.A.

IMHO, Claire is still alive, Jin=DEAD!

P.S. I will now be avoiding any and ALL LOST related sites until AFTER the finale. (BEWARE: The entire scene by scene plot has, apparently, has been posted on tha Intarweb.)

I have managed to stay spoiler free (including previews) for the past 5 or 6 episodes...and they are SOOOOO much better.

I just watched the episode and have to say i love the suspense and I love lost. I think that they are going to move the island in time and not as in a physical location. And I think everyone is still living.

Unless i missed something Jin is alive! It was shown a couple episodes back when he was trying to take a stuffed Panda to the Hospital. Only we found out it wasn't Sun he was bringing it to although Sun was delivering at the same time somewhere else. Somehow he has forgotten his past.
